Refund policy
Returns
For hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on all jewellery including earrings, necklaces and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if an item is faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at jess@theclaydrop.co.uk.
For clothing and other apparel, if there is a problem with your order and you'd like to make a return, please email me at jess@theclaydrop.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, you’ll be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. I also cannot accept returns on made-to-order items if the wrong size was selected or you have changed your mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty and must be refunded, I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return or received evidence of the damage and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
